Capture unforgettable moments with aerial event photography

How aerial photography adds a dimension to events — festivals, weddings, charity gatherings — that ground-level coverage simply can't.
There is a particular kind of photograph only available from the air: the one where the entire crowd, the venue and the surrounding landscape exist in the same frame. For festivals, weddings and large community events, that single image often becomes the photograph everyone shares.
Aerial coverage works best as a supplement to ground-level photography, not a replacement. We typically run a short aerial sequence at the peak of the event — the crowd shot at sunset, the wedding group photograph from above, the festival mainstage at full energy — and weave the imagery into the wider gallery.
Permissions matter. Flying over uninvolved crowds requires specific CAA authorisation, current insurance, and a properly run risk assessment. Always check that your event photographer holds these before booking aerial work.
